An Inspired Life requires alot of energy which requires alot of rest! Make sure to get enough rest each and every day or night. I personally like to get 6-8 hours per night but everyone is different. Sleep deprivation causes a great deal of harm both to your body and mind so be sure to get enough rest each and every night and enjoy your Inspired Life!
