WAKE UP!!!!! Today, or rather tomorrow, wake up early!!! So many amazing reasons to rise early, not the least of which is to see the beautiful sunrise! Waking early gives you plenty of time to work out and eat a healthy breakfast. It can also present opportunities that others may miss because they are sleeping. There is also the added benefit for us parents of having peace and quiet in the morning before the kids wake up. It is an ancient Vedic belief that the hours between 4-6am are the “Time of God” which is the best time to pray, meditate or just contemplate. So tomorrow plan to wake up early…. workout, pray or just get a jump on the day and Live An Inspired Life!

Lately I have been thinking about people who make excuses. I recently encountered someone who blames his parents relationship when he was growing up for the bad choices he is making today. How unfortunate it is to be stuck making choices based on someone else’s actions from years past. Don’t make excuses for yourself. Stand up, take responsibility and action and go out and be amazing!
