FULL VEGAN:
Wildflour: Pawtucket, RI
My absolute FAV!! You have to try to the salted double chocolate cookies. They are orgasmic. No. Really, they are…. Orgasmic!!
Like No Udder: Providence, RI
Vegan ice cream people. I said… VEGAN ICE CREAM DAMMIT!!! HELLO!?!? It’s AMAZABALLS!!!! Omg. Thank you Karen & Chris for creating such a fun place to get delicious ice cream! PS: From April – October, they even have a vegan ice cream truck! I had a friend who got married at that truck when they first started!! Yes… a vegan ice cream truck wedding… freakin cool right!?
Plant City: Providence, RI
Plant City is more than a place to eat great vegan food, it’s an experience! 3 restaurants to choose from, plus groceries and products for sale, and the friendliest people around make it one of my all time FAVS! I mean…. IT’S A VEGAN FOOD HALL!!!!! Helllloooo!?! Doesn’t get any better than that!
Veggie Fun: Providence, RI
Pan-Asian, Vegan, and Kosher in one place! This was our daughter Carrie’s fav spot! She often makes a late night dorm meal of her fav… the spring rolls! I was under the weather the day we ate there and they were kind enough to make me a plain noodle soup with no veggies… just the way I like it! 🙂 Thad LOVED his meal too and he actually ate his veggies! lol.
By Chloe: Providence, RI
An all vegan chain that has some amazingAF mac & cheese! Now, I hate mushrooms. I know that’s weird for a vegan, but I do. But the mushroom bacon on top of the By Chloe mac & cheese is amazaballs!! It’s my fav mac that isn’t made by Thad!
VEGETARIAN/VEGAN:
Garden Grille: Pawtucket, RI
This place has been around for a long time and the food NEVER disappoints! I am so grateful for Garden Grille as it was a staple so many years ago when it was hard to find to find vegan options.
Despite being around so long, they have always stayed current and it’s def a great place to go!
The Grange: Providence, RI
Yummm! This is a great place to bring your vegetarian and vegan friends! Great food, and I especially LOVE their pastries! I had an amazing muffin and scone (don’t judge me) with my tofu scramble. My meat and potato parents even ate here with me and didn’t die. lol. (Rolling my eyes at meat eaters. lol)
VEGAN OPTIONS AVAILABLE:
Nice Slice: Providence, RI
Seriously good vegan pizza with plenty of options including vegan meats and cheeses! Def a fav of ours and deserving of our 5 Star-Fav! Mmmm… pizzzzzaaaa!!!
Diego’s: Newport, RI
OK… it’s not a full vegan restaurant BUTTTT they have a separate vegan menu and their food freakin ROCKS so they get our 5 Star-Fav!!
Thad and I are happy to drive any distance and pay the $8 to travel over the Newport bridge both ways, and pay for parking just to eat at this place. It’s worth it. SO worth it.
Last time I had the enchilada and it was BOMB. Last night Thad and I split the tofu tacos and an order of nachos. First of all… NEVER split the tacos… you want them both, trust me! Secondly, yes, get the nachos too… you won’t regret it!
The food is delicious- just ask for the vegan menu, and order more than you need because it’s great the next day too! 🙂
Rasoi: Pawtucket, RI
We may or may not have eaten Indian food 3 times this week. Ok, we DID. lol. Rasoi is AWESOME! Yummm! They have loads of vegan goodness to choose from and the Potato Masala Dosa (pictured) was the best I’ve ever had!
