My dear friends, you are all beautiful! Your body was designed to carry your true essence, your inner beauty, your light, your love and kindness, your thoughts and desires, your true authentic self. The body has been entrusted with so much and it is beautiful. With all its bumps, curves and scars, it is a true work of art. If you don’t love your body, how can anyone else?
