Blechhh! Have you ever received a sales call and you just knew they didn’t care about you one single bit… they just wanted you to sign up for something? Yuck!

At least take a moment to talk to me before you try and get my money! Right?

In today’s world, we all too often jump right into things without taking the time to connect on a human level.

Especially in business! You can go online and buy almost anything. I would rather buy from a real person, but if I am going to do that, it is because they took the time to get to know me and I feel comfortable with them!

This is true with personal relationships too. Taking time to connect is more important than figuring out the kids schedules, what’s for dinner, and who has to take the dog to the groomers. Connect first, business after.
