This is such a relevant topic in today’s world. Personality is so often mistaken for integrity. Just because a person is friendly or charming or has charisma, does not mean they are living with integrity. It is important to value integrity over personality. I personally know someone who is typically grumpy and not very easy to talk to however, I know that person is extremely reliable and would give the shirt off of his back for anyone at any time! I value integrity so much, people with integrity will always be honest and respectful. A person who’s best quality is personality will talk badly about you behind your back and will look out for their own best interests…. no matter how fun they might be. So today, think about someone you might have discounted because they don’t have an outgoing personality, are they someone you should value more? Where do YOU stand in this? Are you living with integrity? You CAN have both integrity and personality, so today think about how to improve both areas and Live Inspired Now!

Do not put limits on your relationship that ultimately set you up for failure. You must play full out in love, you must work to keep the passion alive and invest time into your relationship! Just like a car can’t run without adding gas, a relationship can’t thrive without maintaining it! To maintain your never ending love, make your lover the most important person in your life, make them feel secure that nothing could shake your love, keep the passion alive with some excitement, surprises and adventure and let them know how much you love, adore, cherish and value them!

Inspire Moore is a winery located in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of Upstate NY. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tim Moore, co-owner of the winery with his wife Diane. I loved the name, the bottles and the message so I thought it would be nice to speak with them and share some of their inspiration.
The winery was a mutual dream of both husband and wife and on 7/7/2007 they opened their doors as a family winery with their 5 children. Tim credits the name “Inspired Moore” to his creative wife Diane whom he describes as a talented writer. The family business focuses on sustainability by using eco-friendly bottles and growing practices, recycling and composting.
They feature Inspired wines such as Inspired Moore: Love, Gratitude, Peace, Joy, Radiance, Harmony and Grace. The beautiful labels are screen printed directly onto the glass and they all have an inspirational quote. The Inspire Moore Love bottle reads “Let yourself be silently drawn by the stronger pull of what you truly love” by Rumi.
The passion is evident in Tim’s voice as he describes his family dream that has become a reality, stating proudly that he “fell in love with the Finger Lakes” after several work related visits.

There are 3 types of relationships, which category do you fit in?
Dependent: I need someone, I can’t be alone, I need someone to take care of me, love me, provide for me or support me. I think about MY needs and how to get other people to meet them. Symptoms: fighting, feelings of not being taken care of, attention/drama seeking.
Independent: I don’t need anyone! I can do it all alone, I refuse help, I meet my own needs, I never ask for help. Symptoms: loneliness, feeling single instead of in a relationship, survivor mentality.
Interdependent: Win/Win. We meet each others needs and always strive to put our partner first. We are secure and make loving agreements with each other. Symptoms: Happy fulfilling relationships that last!
Today, think about which relationship you are in and if you are happy with that. Change is a part of life and there is nothing wrong with changing things up if you are not happy. Evaluate your relationship and discuss any changes that need to be made and Live Inspired Now!
