Take time to react to stressful things. During a moment of chaos, stress, fear or anger, it is difficult to see the entire picture clearly. It is important to put off reacting if you can’t react effectively. It took me a long time in my life to learn this one. Don’t react immediately because things are often much more clear when your emotions have calmed. Not every frustrating situation is fight or flight, we most often have the option to step back from the situation, put our attention else where until we have time to cool down and come back to the situation later with a clear head. So today, don’t react impulsively, take time to calm down and contemplate things, make more clear decisions and Live Inspired Now!
