Well, here I am… this is what 45 looks like on me! Today is my birthday and I am super excited to see what kind of trouble I can get in! lol

I’ve decided to get bolder as I get older but today I need your advice…

What should I add to my personal bucket list this year???

Make it something really great, and bold, but no jumping out of planes (but only because of inner ear issues.) Please- someone add visit Harry Potter world in Florida!! πŸ™‚

I can’t wait to add your ideas to my bucket list!! πŸ™‚

Thank you so much for being so wonderful! I am deeply grateful for you!

Much love and inspiration,

Heather

You will need a DO NOT list ALSO on this your special day.

Do Not… follow every suggestion like β€˜Go jump in the lake’.

Do Not… except EVERY gift today from total strangers.

Do Not… do just anything on a dare.

Do Not… stop following your rainbow to that pot of gold.

Do Not… ever give up on yourself.

Do Not… stop wishing upon that first star you see tonight, and always follow your dreams.

Here is a Fun story for you on your birthday, and may it be a Happy One!!!

And you thought you knew the real story.

    What is in the Well?
    Three Blonde Mice
    Chapter 9
    by Don Ford

To my three (dirty) blonde sisters, who always kept me hopping.

We were an instant hit on stage. The very first time we performed our little vaudeville routine, the crowd went wild. They thought we were a riot.
It started out all wrong, but it ended up alright. We were sisters and had never been on stage before, except for a play I was in as a small mouse. Our first night the playhouse was packed, people were even standing in the back. Talk about nervous, I’m sure everyone in the house could hear my knees knocking.
It was our cue to go out. Something was wrong as the director motioned us over for a last minute briefing. “Donna, I’m sorry to have to tell you girls the bad news. Someone messed up the title for your program and you will be going on stage as the Three Blind Mice, not the Three Blonde Mice. I am so sorry.” With that she quickly switched our umbrellas for canes and sent us out.
I wanted to shout, “Can’t anyone get a simple musical title right?” After the initial shock, we knew we needed the money from this gig, so what the heck. We performed our hearts out, and received several standing ovations during our song and dance pieces. We did the blind skit so well, and even bumped into one another on purpose. The audience, they were falling out of their seats laughing.
We were such a great hit from the start, that this would seal the deal. We even added our signature dark sunglasses that helped to spread our fame. We are in retirement today, and do not perform as a trio anymore, but we all live under the same roof. We stayed together, but none of us ever married.

(Thinking back on that first performance, I don’t believe we would have enjoyed as much fame and fortune with our real stage name.)

    Author Notes:
The world needs to know the truth. What really happened in those children stories – someone has to tell them. LOL

    Cheers, Don Greywolf Ford
